" I lived in a European country for ten years, where used for food only products with the low contents of cholesterol. Before coming to Russia I underwent medical examination in a clinic ; it revealed the level of cholesterol of 6,9 . I was told, that it is a level already dangerous, because of possible occurrence of problems with vessels. It was in December.
After that there was an arrival in Russia; as for the diet, it has not became better; the conditions of life too have changed to the best ,but a little. When in 4 months I arrived in the health center, right at the beginning of my staying there I underwent a new examination. A level of cholesterol was 3,3. That is considered ideal.
If earlier I needed about 2 weeks to restore the balance after the stress, now I am restored maximum in 2 days. The problems, which did not become less in number, now are perceived by me as if at a distance; massive calm is always kept in my soul. Thanks to Doctor Yermoshin and his method ".
